New Recipes

Spring is finally here, and we are celebrating the warmer weather with a show-stopping Two-Tone Rose Custard Cake featuring two of our favourite Bake Mixes and the most beautiful dual-coloured roses for decoration.

Warmer weather also calls for lighter lunches, and we have taken inspiration from Asian-Style Rice Bowls, putting our own Cajun spin on them, using the ultimate pork fillet recipe with all the trimmings. For dessert, we keep it fresh and light with Coconut Panna Cottas with Litchi and Lime – perfect for a brunch table or served as a sweet treat.
