You will need
3 cups (750 ml) skimmed milk powder
1 x 250 g Ina Paarman’s Chocolate Icing Kit
1½ cups (375 ml) cocoa powder
½ t (2,5 ml) salt
2 x 90 g Cadbury’s Bourneville dark chocolate
1 cup boiling hot milk or half milk and half water
¼ cup (60 ml) chocolate mix
Method
Combine all the pre-mix ingredients in large bowl. Working in two batches, pulse ingredients in food processor until chocolate is finely chopped. Store in airtight container for up to 3 months.
Stir ¼ cup or 4 T of this mix into 1 cup of hot milk. Top with mini marshmallows for an extra special treat.
