Egg, Butter Lettuce and Blue Cheese Salad

What a divine combination. Hard boiled eggs and blue cheese! Don’t be skimpy with the Dressing.

3 eggs, hard boiled
Ina Paarman’s Lemon & Black Pepper Seasoning
½ butter lettuce, leaves separated
± 50 g blue cheese, crumbled
½ bunch of chives, snipped
Ina Paarman’s Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing

Cut the eggs lengthways into quarters.

Season with Lemon & Black Pepper Seasoning.

Arrange on a bed of butter lettuce.

Sprinkle over crumbled blue cheese and chives.


To Serve

Dress with Blue Cheese Dressing.
