Egg, Butter Lettuce and Blue Cheese Salad

What a divine combination. Hard boiled eggs and blue cheese! Don’t be skimpy with the Dressing.

YOU WILL NEED

  • 3 eggs, hard boiled
  • Ina Paarman’s Lemon & Black Pepper Seasoning
  • ½ butter lettuce, leaves separated
  • ± 50 g blue cheese, crumbled
  • ½ bunch of chives, snipped
  • Ina Paarman’s Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing
Method

Cut the eggs lengthways into quarters.

Season with Lemon & Black Pepper Seasoning.

Arrange on a bed of butter lettuce.

Sprinkle over crumbled blue cheese and chives.

 

To Serve

Dress with Blue Cheese Dressing.
