You will need
½ pack Ina Paarman’s Sun-dried Tomato Quarters, drained
4 T (60 ml) olive oil
½ – 1 t (2,5-5ml) Ina Paarman’s Chilli & Garlic Seasoning
250 g tub smooth cottage cheese
¼ cup (60 ml) fresh cream
± 200g smoked snoek, skinned, flaked and carefully boned
Method
Place all the ingredients, except the snoek, in a processor and process until smooth. Add the snoek and pulse 10 times to blend. Cover and refrigerate until needed. Serve with fresh bread or on (ruchetta).
