Snoek Paté with Sundried Tomatoes

We highly recommend this Sundried Tomato variation on an old traditional favourite.

YOU WILL NEED

  • ½ pack Ina Paarman's Sundried Tomato Quarters, drained
  • 4 T (60 ml) olive oil
  • ½ - 1 t (2,5-5ml) Ina Paarman's Chilli & Garlic Seasoning
  • 250 g tub smooth cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) fresh cream
  • ± 200g smoked snoek, skinned, flaked and carefully boned
Method

Place all the ingredients, except the snoek, in a processor and process until smooth. Add the snoek and pulse 10 times to blend. Cover and refrigerate until needed. Serve with fresh bread or on (ruchetta).
